In early 2001, this project involved turnaround and upgrade work in two process units: the Coker unit and the Hydrogen unit. The work was completed as scheduled, and included a total of 100,000 man-hours.

Beaumont, Texas

During mid-2000 a bid package was issued for turnaround work to be done in the HDC and PTR3 units of the Mobil Refinery in Beaumont. IMTC-MEI was the successful bidder, and the preliminary work began in February 2001. This project was completed in April after a total IMTC-MEI effort of 35,400 man-hours.

Torrance, California

In 1998 refinery turnaround in the HDC/H 2 Unit involved rework of a large heater and associated piping. The project consumed 33,000 manhours.
