Construction Project of the Hotel Complex in Georgia, Turtle Lake
International company "IMTC-MEI" is going to develop construction project of the Hotel Complex in Georgia, Turtle Lake with "Kus Tba Kala" LLC and the worldwide hotel chain "Wyndham Hotel Group International".
"IMTC-MEI", International Company, representing worldwide hotel chain "Wyndham Hotel Group International" signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Georgian Company "Kus Tba Kala". The document stipulates mutual participation in developing hotel infrastructure of Turtle Lake, in particular building of the hotel for 120 rooms according to the world standards in the nearest future and modern conference facilities.

The partnership between the biggest International hotel operator "Wyndham Hotel Group International", strong and experienced local Company "Kus Tba Kala" and successful International Company "IMTC-MEI" as provider of project management and project control along with funding by the pool of international financial institutions – all these things together are guarantee of successful project implementation.
Dr. Regan added that International Company "IMTC-MEI" intents to finalize funding and design conception till November 2009, complete detail design by March 2010 and commence demolition and civil construction from March till June 2010 (to minimize impact on summer recreation).
